The journey begins with a flight to Flores and a meeting in Labuan Bajo. Depending on the selected format, the program lasts from two to four days: the compact route combines a ranger-led walk on Rinca or Komodo, sunset near Kalong Island and a visit to Batu Cermin Cave, while the extended cruise adds the Padar Island viewpoint, Pink Beach and snorkeling stops, including waters frequented by manta rays. Overnight accommodation is in a hotel or a boat cabin according to the selected package. The exact route depends on the weather, sea conditions, flight schedules and national park permits; your manager will confirm the itinerary and included services when you book.

- Independent walks in Komodo dragon habitat are prohibited; keep your distance and follow every ranger instruction
- Sightings of dragons, manta rays and flying foxes depend on wild-animal behavior and cannot be guaranteed
- The national park limits visitor numbers, so passport details and advance booking may be required ahead of the trip
- The order of islands and stops may change due to wind, waves, weather, pier access and park instructions
- The Padar climb and island walks cross exposed hilly terrain and require moderate fitness
- Before departure, confirm the vessel type, accommodation, flight schedule and exact fees included in your package
